Not at all. The Game Plan works for any student involved in sports — from rec league to varsity to travel teams. The Thriving Athlete Framework™ is about building scholar, athlete, and innovator habits, not about skill level.

The Family Huddle is a weekly check-in built into the planner — a simple way for your family (or coach) to set goals together, agree on rewards, and hold each other accountable. It only takes about an hour a week, but it’s where a lot of the planner’s value comes from. We recommend at least one parent or guardian stay involved.

Each Game Plan includes the Family Huddle System, Monthly/Weekly Scheduling, weekly Hype Reels (training and mindset videos), Dream Lab career worksheets, the Rehab Room, Game Day Eats, and the Sports Diary — all built around 26 weeks of planning.
